Now that the dust has settled and we are operating our newly refurbished restaurant and kitchen additions at the Japan Pavilion Epcot, I would like to offer our appreciation for the fine job that was performed by Pooley Enterprises, Inc. it is critically important that our highly visible venue meet up to the high standards of Mitsukoshi. Your work on this facility has met all expectations and in fact exceeded our expectations in many areas.

We have significant experience in dealing with the municipalities on zoning and proper use issues based on space and location.
We have helped many clients, in the process of dealing with building owners, to negotiate the build out costs as part of their lease agreement; identifying cost related items which cost should rightfully be the responsibility of the building owner.
