The scope of work at the Dialysis Center was to convert an empty shell space into a 7,150 sq ft, 17 station, state of the art, outpatient Dialysis Clinic. This work included elements of demolition in order for the new sanitary drainage system to be installed, full air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems backed up by a generator that will enable the facility to continually function in the event of a loss of power. Full architectural work resulted in a completely coordinated themed space that patients will find both functional and pleasing to the eye. The patients and staff are protected with an access entry control system complete with automatic door openers, nurse call system, fire alarm system and fire sprinkler system. The nurse stations are the hub of the treatment area and are suitably located and designed to offer an excellent vantage point in which to watch over the treatment of every patient. We have now completed over 15 renovations / remodels for this client.
